• Shop Pay — Shopify’s accelerated checkout
The exact card logos available are displayed on the checkout page before you pay.
Currency
All prices are listed and charged in US dollars (USD).
When You Are Charged
Your payment method is charged when you place your order. If an item cannot be fulfilled, we will contact you and refund that item in full to your original payment method.
Sales Tax
Applicable state and local sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address and shown before you complete your purchase.
Payment Security
Checkout is processed by Shopify on a PCI DSS-compliant platform using encrypted (SSL/TLS) connections. Prestige Home Renovations never sees or stores your full card number.
Declined Payments
If your payment is declined, please confirm your billing address matches the address on file with your card issuer, or try another payment method. For card-specific issues, contact your bank.
Order Verification
To protect against fraud, we may contact you to verify an order before it ships. Orders that cannot be verified may be cancelled and fully refunded.
Pricing Errors
We work to keep prices accurate. If an item is listed at an incorrect price, we will contact you before shipping and offer to proceed at the correct price or cancel with a full refund.
Refunds
