Shipping policy

Prestige Home Renovations, LLC ships door and cabinet hardware to addresses within the United States. This policy explains how and when your order will arrive.

Shipping Area

We ship to all 50 US states. We do not currently ship internationally. Orders with a shipping address outside the United States will be cancelled and refunded in full.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding US federal holidays). Orders placed after 2:00 PM Central Time, or on a weekend or holiday, begin processing the next business day. You will receive an email confirmation when your order is placed and a second email with tracking when it ships.

Delivery times are estimates from the carrier and are not guaranteed. Weather, carrier volume, and remote addresses can add time.

Carriers

We ship with USPS, UPS, and FedEx. We choose the carrier based on package size, weight, and destination.

Shipping Rates

•           Free standard shipping on orders of $50 USD or more (after discounts, before tax).

•           Orders under $50 are charged a flat or calculated rate, shown at checkout before you pay.

Order Tracking

A tracking number is emailed to you once your order ships. Tracking may take up to 24 hours to show movement after the label is created.

Address Accuracy

Please check your shipping address before completing checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address entered at checkout. If you spot an error, email info@prestigehrllc.com right away; we can update the address only before the order ships.

Lost, Delayed or Damaged Packages

If tracking shows no movement for 5 business days, or your package arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of the delivery date at info@prestigehrllc.com or +1 641-450-8287 with your order number and photos of the package. We will work with the carrier and send a replacement or refund as appropriate.
