These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of prestigehrllc.com (the “Site”), operated by Prestige Home Renovations, LLC, 2242 20th St SW, Mason City, IA 50401, United States. By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your state, to place an order. By ordering, you confirm the information you provide is accurate and complete.
2. Products and Descriptions
We aim to describe our products accurately, including dimensions, finishes, and compatibility. Colors and finishes can look different on screens, and minor variations in manufacturing may occur. Please confirm measurements such as door thickness, backset, and center-to-center spacing before ordering.
3. Pricing and Availability
All prices are in US dollars and may change without notice. Products are subject to availability. If an item is out of stock or listed at an incorrect price, we may cancel the order and issue a full refund.
4. Orders and Acceptance
Your order is an offer to purchase. We accept it when we ship it. We may refuse or cancel any order, including orders that appear fraudulent or exceed reasonable quantities.
5. Payment

6. Shipping
We ship to US addresses only. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Risk of loss passes to you when the carrier delivers your order. See our Shipping Policy for details.
7. Returns and Refunds
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for unused items in original packaging, as described in our Return and Refund Policy.
8. Installation and Use
Products should be installed according to their specifications and applicable building codes. Prestige Home Renovations is not responsible for damage or injury from improper installation, modification, or misuse of products purchased through the Site.
9. Intellectual Property
All Site content, including text, graphics, logos, and product descriptions, belongs to Prestige Home Renovations, LLC or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without written permission.
