Shipping
- Shipping Area: We ship to all 50 U.S. states; we do not currently ship internationally.

- Standard Shipping: $10 on orders under $50; free standard shipping on orders of $50 or more after discounts, before tax.

- Carriers: USPS, UPS, or FedEx, selected based on package size, weight, and destination.
- Tracking: Tracking details are emailed when your order ships; carrier updates may take up to 24 hours.
Returns
- Return Window: Request a return within 30 days of the delivery date shown in tracking.
- Condition: Items must be unused and uninstalled, in original packaging, with all included parts and proof of purchase.
- Damaged or Incorrect Items: Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We provide a prepaid return label and a replacement or full refund, including original shipping.
- Return Shipping: For a change of mind or wrong size/style, the customer pays return shipping. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
- Refunds: We inspect returns within 2 business days. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
- Exchanges: Return the original item for a refund, then place a new order for the replacement item.
